I've been asked to determine whether I can come up with a WingRigger suitable for the SGS 1-35. I think I can print out a suitable airfoil profile using Airfoil Tools, but I need to get the chord length at about midspan, where the cradle will fit.Anybody have a source for a decent 3-view drawing? I did some internet searching but couldn't find one right away. Maybe I'm just too lazy or inept.
Martin Simons book, Sailplanes 1965-2000, has an excellent 3-view of the 1-35. I'll copy it and send it to you.
If need be, I know a 1-35 owner that can get dimensions.Martin Simons book, Sailplanes 1965-2000, has an excellent 3-view of the 1-35. I'll copy it and send it to you. Thanks, Steve! I can use this.

I have the standard from WingRigger.com, no issues using it. I set the WingRigger closer to the root than mid span, about 1/3 span from the root. Better balance, the wing rotor is heavier than the tip.
