I was whining on here long ago about the problem. My model legacy outback wagon didn’t have the secret keyhole to take the car out of park for moving it. It turns out it is hidden under the shift handle bezel. I found out when the cops had it
improperly towed by a crooked tow pound, and when I used AAA to get it back the driver figured it out.
