It's very difficult to see how this decision, the one to not even investigate, is consistent with the principle of allowing racing room.
Makes you wonder whether Verstappen would have got a penalty if
Hamilton had not avoided him.

Hamilton did in Brazil what Verstappen *should* have done at Silverstone.
