    Perez had a 5 second penalty for a pitlane incident. He finished 13.643
    secs behind Max and Leclerc finished 18.639 secs behind Max, which is four thousands less than 5 seconds, so how come Checo came second?

    Or am I going mad?

    No, you're just referencing finishing times that have already had the
