Obviously Gasly and less visibly Alex Albon share it (for me).

Albon had a really difficult race and shouldn't have been where he ended up but he did everything required and more. Surviving on slicks in the wet for sooo many laps (once the decision was made they had to stick with it), then conserving tyres with pace
on the soft for sooo many laps (maybe 40 odd?) to recover their strategy, attacking at the right time, defending without losing pace, etc. Great recovery, very controlled drive.

Nando had a great drive and got the TV vote (i think), but that's what he does every bloody weekend. DOTD has to be exceptional to the usual. If it was anyone else I'd give them DOTD but with Nando, situation normal.

BTW, like many I'd written off Alex, he just didn't cut the mustard. But ! In this stint at Willy he's totally turned my opinion around he's not only been very good but often exceptional and very consistent. Great to see him being rewarded for his tough
fight to where is is today.
