    Jochen Rindt didn't like crotch belts so he only raced with 4-point
    belts. During his fatal crash at Monza ( mechanical failure ) in 1970,
    he telescoped in the cockpit and his lap belts pushed his internal
    organs up into his throat.

    !! Lovely :-( I heard the belts simply cut his throat.
