Ford to rejoin Formula One from 2026 season in Red Bull

In the Autosport article, they cite six manufactures including
Honda!
They say:
"Although Honda's existing relationship with Red Bull will come to an
end in 2026, the Japanese manufacturer has also signed up for the
cycle that runs from 2026 to 2030 – despite not having an affiliation
with a team in place."
Where did that come from? I thought Honda was completely out after
the end of the Red Bull partnership.
They were supposed to exit at the end of 2021 but a deal with RBPT was
arranged to continue their involvement through 2025. After the Porsche
deal fell apart in late 2022 talk started about Honda reentering in
2026. The Ford announcement means they can't do this with Red Bull;
working with another team remains possible, but there are barriers. See
