I'm very, very leery any time anyone claims that there was a "blatant fix".
The only incident I can remember that really seems was a fix is the time
that Alain Prost deliberately ran Senna off at the entry to the chicane
in Japan in 1989
(And yes: it absolutely WAS deliberate. I've seen the overhead footage
and it is absolutely clear that Prost took a line which would have put
him completely off track had Senna not been there to hit.
