    Well done to Leclerc but with all the penalties it felt meaningless.

    Why have parts penalties when there's a budget cap? Just let the teams spend the money the way they want.

    Because nobody could figure out any other way to make RzR happy
    by starting with both McLarens filling the 2nd row without penalties.
