  • [OT] Formula E new qualifying format

    I think I like this idea a little more than the sprint qualifying they
    are trying in F1. Obviously haven't seen the FE qualifying yet and I may
    change my mind.

    This is a little better than the previous Formula E qualifying format in that 4 of the top 11 get a
    chance to progress up the grid.

    (Previously they went out to qualify in championship order meaning the leaders were on a green
    track and invariably ended up starting way down the grid.)
