compression than flac. The then-decompressed file was
identical to the original. I'll see if I can find the
website again and post here. I left it behind because
the time to transfer the large files isn't worth the
gain. It'd be a different story if it ran locally.

Significantly better ? In the context that file-size and bandwidth is a relatively trivial factor these days ....
