Eurobarometer survey in August found a decline in the number of Europeans who support Ukraine aid.

Total support for providing Ukraine with military funding fell from 67 to 48 percent over the same period.

No wonder Putin thinks he can push forward and restore the Soviet Union.
It's like treating drug addicts. Who wants to save someone who doesn't want to save themself?

They have a better argument than the Europeans, even though I still don't agree with less funding.
Here's a bunch of malarky. Much of the equipment supplied is in storage destined for scrap.
But our DoD in it's wisdom didn't want to write it off the books and take the scrap costs.
So it hits the books at full value when sent to Ukraine. They run the DoD like it's a corporation
    facing tax audits. It's nuts.

We don't face a russian army on our border.

Was it really that hard for you?

With that logic what do we need a defense budget for?
    It's all break even.

Witless has told us many times that they and only they are the expert
on big corporation stuff. That obviously includes tax-dodging chicanery.
The mutt's fixation on depreciation is probably a loony rationalization
for why QC sacked them some years ago.

NATO is considered the equivalent of our border.

    Procurement.

    It's all break even.

I suppose you could ask for depreciation.

He's welcome to his hard-won knowledge of office politics and
procedures. Remember how determined he was to assert that he paid a
higher tax rate than someone self-employed with the same income?

Say, whatever happened to that Dilbert guy? I still chuckle over those
    ISO 9000 references.

It's great that you can catalog Witless's stupidities from memory.
