I wish the system were fixed, but it's not. Its political, not independent.

And the ruling makes little sense in reality.

I've never heard of anyone getting an insurance break on anything because of the item insured being overvalued. Everything I've ever insured was exactly the opposite.
And every real estate loan I ever got, the valuation was agreed upon by the lender and usually
established by the lender or independent appraisers.
In any case....it was never imposed upon the lender by the borrower. That's just truly bizarre.
In this case....why haven't the lenders sued?

Trumps has been sued by lenders, usually for non-payment.

A better question is why credible banks won't lend to him?

    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-organization-used-borrow-major-banks-now-look-lending-money-rcna22068#

Another question is whether Trump is actively soliciting a bribe when he
says the Saudis will pay whatever he asks for Mar-A-Lago, up to the
billion and a half he claims it's worth.

So you can't even try to address my points.

To be fair, you splattered your "points", as you call them, in your native garble-language. If you can't even be bothered to take a small step
toward human language, you shouldn't be surprised when your mindless
    nattering is ignored.

    Why am I not surprised?

Because you never learn from your mistakes, of course.

    Why am I not surprised?
You snipped me addressing your point.

It showed up in your post. No need to keep repeating
    the pas conversations.

When I snip your old stuff, I also snip my own.
    I was addressing Scott.

    I was supporting Scott
Well, then, I'll explain that the objection follows snipping a response >> then saying I didn't respond. This is dishonest and objectionable.

Your post still stands on the record.
    Stop being such a crybaby.
I have no obligation to replicate your earlier post, being
    that it still stands.
It's not your post. It's Scott's and he said, "So you can't even try to address my points," when I did in fact address his points.

No, in fact you did not.

    In this case...

    The topic is Jack Smith.

So you can't even try to address my points.

No, in fact you did not.

You: "why haven't the lenders sued?"

Me: "Trump has been sued by lenders, usually for non-payment."

Of course, that refers to the Engoron case, not that of Jack Smith which involves national security and unlawful retention of documents.

No, it doesn't matter why the banks accepted his valuations. He's not
charged with deceiving banks, he's charged with submitting false documents.

If you want even more answer.
