    U.S. Sen. Rick Scott plans to call for a Senate vote next week on replenishing the federal Disaster Relief Fund. But U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth, an Illinois Democrat, plans to object unless the bill guarantees aid to Ukraine.

    I support funding for Ukraine....but not at the expense of providing disaster relief to Hawaii and Florida.

    That's nuts. Duckworth is crazy holding disaster relief hostage.

    It's not "at the expense" as the Ukraine aid was added to the bill, not subtracted from it.

    Aren't opponents of Ukrainian aid holding disaster relief hostage?
