**Here is what the guys who make a living from predictions suggest (as
opposed to those who want to please their political masters):

The betting class has spoken and Trevor see it as one dollar....one vote.
BTW, I see (cuz my granddaughter was her for a few days) that Disney has graced our TV screens
with an Australian cartoon, Bluey.
What a ridiculous piece of crap. 50s style graphics.....horrid music...awful pointless story.
No wonder you're so f'd up. Raised on comics like that.

**Fair enough. Again: The people who know tell us that Bluey is pretty good:

A 9.5 is quite rare in IMDB. Then there are these awards:

So, some people seem to reckon it's pretty good. I happen to agree that
it is fine viewing for young children.
As for graphics, I suggest you take a look at another, very excellent,
cartoon:

It seems that really crappy graphics are no impediment to popularity,
nor critical awards:

I should also add that YOU are not likely to be the target audience of
Bluey.
Lastly, like most Aussie kids of my age, TV didn't reach me until I was
able to watch my neighbour's set at around age 7 or 8 (though TV was
officially released when I was 3 years old, few people owned TV sets).
FWIW, my favourite show was this:
