During a sworn deposition, FBI special agent Elvis Chan claimed the

Hunter Biden laptop story.
Chan's sworn deposition was given to the Missouri AG, not Congress.
The internal communications reveal that the FBI had extensive
meetings with Facebook. Chan himself had more than one meeting with
Facebook, which directly contradicts his testimony, according to
Rep. Jordan.
Meetings "regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story," not total meetings.
Chan also testified of having no knowledge about the Hunter Biden
laptop investigation.
Again, Missouri (beginning p. 212):

Again, this contradicts what Chan privately told Facebook behind
closed doors. Presumably, the FBI never predicted their email
correspondence would fall into the hands of Congress and the American
people.
Which was what? The NY Post doesn't exactly show the contradictions.
Something about being "up to speed"?
And please distinguish your contributions from what I presume are quotes.
