    Cuz that's Joe's modus operandi when it come to supply Ukraine weapons.

    Anyway, word is the cluster debate is over and the US will supply the weapons.

    No mention of the congressional ban on export and how that will be dealt with. NYT's also has a piece but I am blocked by paywall.

    The weapons will arrive none too soon as Ukraine has depleted Russian artillery and will soon be in position to attack their trench defenses.

    My endorsement didn't require me to drag NATO along and overcome
    distaste for the munitions, so it was considerably easier to do.
