  • What's another 10 billion?

    The revised deficit is now nearly $32 billion, compared to the $22.5 billion gap Newsom projected in his initial budget proposal in January.
    Newsom made the acknowledgement in unveiling a revised $306.5 billion budget proposal on Friday.

    And it's going to get worse. But with resumption of water supply to Ca. agriculture for at least the next year they might get a bump out of good 'ol fashioned farming.
