  • Just saw an Ad that should be disturbing

    Nissan EV lease....$550/month after a fat down payment.

    It was the Ariya which look a lot like Leaf or maybe a Rogue.

    You can get a Rogue for 239/month after a much smaller down payment.

    The cost of transitioning to EVs is going to be a killer for most people. Definitely a racist program if you consider the disproportionate impact.

    I wonder what our green colonialist thinks?

    Your complaint is a newly designed EV cost $45k while being the same
    size as an ancient Leaf or Rogue for $30k? Better stay away from the
    Volvo C40 Recharge.

    I'll bet that black ownership % of EV's is a lot smaller than for white folk. How inequitable
    EV's are the latest example of white privilege.
