You made a specific mention of Garland and a special counsel? The
advantage of a special counsel is right wing anarchists can't defund an investigation they oppose.

And I missed your objection when Durham was active.

Nothing at google groups for [Garland special counsel] that supports you.

Your original post is the first time you mentioned this special prosecution.

I don't dispute that you had a soapbox moment complaining about special prosecutors, but only for Republican targets.

That's not specific to Garland and a special prosecutor. However, I do
remember the remark as I chose not to comment to point out the obvious
flaw that it was Trump and his legal team who were delaying the process
with meritless appeals and Judge Cannon's special master.

Another flaw was that the statement about Trump's motives were likely
    leaked by Trump's legal team.

You're simply obfuscating the fact that the DoJ and the FBI
have become political tools able to smear and weigh on elections with the
mere presence of an "ongoing investigation" that never has to come clean.
Add to this the brick wall of a coverup when the target of the investigation is the FBI and/or the DoJ and the whole situation stinks of abuse and exploitation.

Are you earning some virtue points by replying seriously to scottw's trolls? Just asking.

On the topic of MAGAing, here's a report of Trump's newest strategy:

"Former President Donald Trump hosted white nationalist and antisemite Nick Fuentes
at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach on Tuesday night, according to multiple people
    familiar with the event.
Fuentes, who frequently posts racist content in addition to Holocaust revisionism,
was brought as a guest of rapper Kanye West."
