Ollie's are always filled to the brim with Disney toys. These items are so unpopular that they gather literal dust from not being moved for months, if not years.
Another part of this problem caused by Hasbro (and other manufacturers)
is the ridiculous way they pack the toys.
Hasbro, in particular, has an idiotic way of packing cases for shipping
to toy stores. Instead of packing cases with one or two of *each*
figure, Hasbro insanely packs (for example) a 15 figure case with 5 of
figure A, 3 of figure B and figure C, 2 of figure D, and 1 of figure E
and figure F. Tha means the store is left with a surplus of some
figures and not enough of others, and in the long run stores can't be
bothered ordering any more.
Similarly is the stupidity of random / blind packed "collectible" toys
and cards. Customers have to buy multiple packets to complete their set
and ends up with 15 of one item while trying to get the remaining few.
Then there's the added idiocy of "chase" ones that are purposely rare
and hard to find.
In both cases it is simply pure greed and selfish stupidity by the
manufacturer and just plays into scalper scum hands too. X-(
