I can't believe that Rey, Michael and everybody else are overlooking a glaring problem with Alyssa's arrest. Unless it's intentional by the writers, and her lawyer will bring it up in her court case to let her

guessing there will be no court case as this was just a way to wiggle
out of the stupid story line
The case against her should easily be thrown out. The evidence was
found by an illegal breaking and entering into her hotel room (by
Lily) with no search warrant. Not only that, but they never mentioned
a search warrant afterwards for the search and seizure of the gloves
by the police. After Lily told them about the gloves, they only said,
hey, we're moving her stuff to another secret location, lets look for them.
Also, how did Alyssa, who lives in a different state, know to go to Victoria's house, take a shoe box from a high shelf in a closet to get
the gun that Victoria told the police she had kept there?
This story is full of holes.
My guess is that they'll just drop the story, or that Alyssa will simply confess. She was described as 'remorseful' when Rey was explaining the circumstances. Seems they just wanted to do an in-depth story concerning Billy, and, now that they've taken it
as far as it can go, they're dropping it.
Although Alyssa did ask for a lawyer...hmmm...
