it's correct.

We all know of the Casimir effect where plates are pushed
together by vacuum fluctuations, aka particles that pop in and
out of existence.
What if these particles don't pop in and out, but really vibrate
along the w axis, a fourth spacial dimension perpendicular to
the x, y and z axis's.
If we could determine the frequency of these vibrations, we
should be able to amplify them, and thus send a signal in the
fourth dimension.
Perhaps speed of light is infinite if we go far enough that way.
This would allow FTL communication without causal violations.
A large array of these could send a directional signal, and also
listen for anyone else out there.
