IF stuff moving to Gitlab

Due to Microsoft's recent takeover of Github, I am moving my
respositories to Gitlab. At the moment, I will be maintaining the
Github repositories as mirrors only. All feedback and pull requests
need to be made on Gitlab from now on. The old repositories eventually
will be deleted, but I'm not certain when to do that. Here are my
Interactive Fiction repositories at their new homes:
