    At https://www.washingtonpost.com/doonesbury/, the Doonesbury reruns are accompanied by an outrageous political quotation and a heavily monitored comments area. The quotes used to be updated every 2-3 days, but the last quote posted was May 17. The last
    comment posted was April 30. The 25-year-old Doonesbury strips have continued, however.

    And lo and behold, after a month and a half. the quote got updated:
    "We've turned the Russian Army -- the second army in the world -- into what? Who the hell knows...What kind of army are we if we couldn't even manage with itty bitty Ukraine? It's a complete mess everywhere...Russia is on the brink of catastrophe. We
    need to stop deceiving the population and telling them that everything is fine."

    Okay, I guess no one here knows what's going on with the Doonesbury page and its "Say What" quotes. That "Russian Army" quote is still the most recent one. At least there's still a fresh Doonesbury strip each Sunday.
