Well, the Wiki entry does say "Usable with Permission". I hereby grant permission, though I'll point out:

* The Wiki describes the Power School of 2013. Most of those who are
still around, plus other graduates, are accounted for in the Powernaut
2024 series. (Or they will be. I should probably describe where
Colossal Girl, the Vampire Jane, Titan, and Thor Boy went. And that
might actually affect Powernaut 2024.)

* So, the details of any story will depend on what year you set it in.
