IIRC we might not see the Doctor’s TARDIS at all in ‘Mind of Evil’.

And we definitely don’t see its exterior in ‘Inferno’. The only part
we see there is the control console, and that was the last ever
appearance of the original console prop.

So either way, we don’t see the same TARDIS in those two
stories.

Yes.

I think there were three TARDIS interiors during the Pertwee
era... but either way, we never see the "Inferno" interior again.

So either way, we don’t see the same TARDIS in those two
stories.

I suppose in-universe they are technically the same TARDIS...
even if they don't look the same to us the viewer!
