    In the second series of Austin, Janet Fielding appears as herself
    (former Doctor Who companion actor). The first series had Billie Piper,
    since main character Austin is a Doctor Who tragic.

    Yes, and, of course, it now seems Billy Piper is too busy to appear in
    "Austin" cause she is coming back to "Doctor Who" .... as The Doctor
