In the golden age of dial-up dreams,
Where threads would sprawl in tangled streams,
There lived a name both feared and famed
A man named Dave, wild and untamed.
In the tangled threads of RADW lore,
Flame wars raged and knowledge soared,
One voice stood out from lines of code
It came from Dave, in full loon mode.
With caps lock ON and grammar free,
He roamed the boards like ASCII sea.
From bible studies to sci-fi lore,
The Doctor's rants were hard to ignore.
He’d hijack threads with reckless grace,
Insert "Retcon the Timeless Child" in every place.
Debates on McCoy or Martian sand,
All derailed by the Doctor's hand.
"Female Doctors are faux, he'd boldly cry,
"And the 13th Doctor is a lie!"
He’d post at dawn, reply at night,
A one-man army in every fight.
Killfiles grew and filters rose,
Admins sighed in weary throes.
But deep inside, each flamed reply
Meant the Doctor's spark would never die.
Yet now the groups are quiet and still,
The modems silent, void of thrill.
And somewhere deep in Bozo Bins,
Lives Dave the Doc, the troll within.
