I think he was Piett in "Empire Strikes Back" as well. I liked how he
was trying to listen to Darth Vader's instructions while also looking
at Admiral Ozzell getting choked out.

Yep, he played the role in both of those Original Trilogy movies. He
also voiced the same character in the animated parody "Lego Star Wars:
The Empire Strikes Out".
