Big Finish did a 'Eurovision' parody in one of their Doctor Who
audios many years ago, "Bang-Bang-A-Boom" with Sylvester McCoy
and Bonnie Langford was pretty much Eurovision in space... It
probably didn't tackle the issues that the forthcoming season's
"Eurovision in Space" episode will... but I'm told there will be
singing, so that should be fun! <groan>
The episode is written by Juno Dawson, so its not an RTD penned
episode, which might help.
