    As I recall he posted here off & on some years ago. He had an epic run
    on "The Hulk", wrote some good ST books as well as things like "Knight Life" and "Sir Appropros Of Nothing". I emailed him a few times about his books
    and got prompt and friendly responses.

    He was not that old, but apparently had been in poor health for a while.

    Sigh.
