The film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was also charged in

The (unconfirmed) claims quoted in Wikipedia are wild.

"According to a statement given to TheWrap by an anonymous insider,
several crew members took a number of prop guns off-set that day,
including the firearm involved in the incident, to pass the time
shooting at beer cans with live ammunition. After a lunch break,

    were checked again."

    Very safety-concious gun culture.

Three (3) courses of action for Mr. Baldwin:

    1. Send him to prison.
    2. Hang him.
    3. Turn him loose

In any case, say a prayer for the poor dead girl, make a decision
    and move the hell on.
