    set a record in oakland
    in case me and billie
    ever go by

    put a 4 story book store there
    off the lake merritt stop
    and next to it have a housing development of
    black apartments and white and purple

    imitating things that were here in 1999
    like yahoo
    start of google
    windy going to college
    and a million suqare book store in oakland

    with a 10000 square foot tutoring center
    and selling all of uc berkeley
    and harvard and u of colorado and portland
    state books

    people charge 100 an hour to get tutoring
    in physics geometry, ap english
    chemistry

    teach everybody
