    Thanks, Donkey.

As you can see (well, make that "as someone who knows how to spell can
see") AI is having a little difficulty getting the words right.

"MY GOD IT'S [PENDRAGON]. HE'S DONE IT AGAIN!"

The uneducated Donkey doesn't recognize the quotation.

Neither did I, so I asked my "trusted source." Neither did they:

'The quotation "My God, it's _______! He's done it again!" doesn't
directly match any well-known quote I can pinpoint with certainty. It
sounds like a dramatic exclamation, possibly from a film, TV show, or commentary, where someone is reacting to a surprising or impressive feat
by a familiar figure. The blank could be filled with a name, like a
celebrity, athlete, or character known for pulling off remarkable stunts
    or achievements repeatedly.
For example, it could evoke something like a sports announcer hyping up
a star player—say, "My God, it's Messi! He's done it again!" after a
stunning goal. Or it might recall a pop culture moment, like a reaction
to a performer or artist dropping another hit. Without more context, I
can’t nail down an exact source or name for the blank.
If you have more details—like where you heard it, the tone, or what the
"he" might be known for—I can dig deeper. Does this ring any specific
    bells for you?'

My guess is that it could be from Horatio Hornblower but I haven't
    checked that yet.

Given Team Monkey's "cultural" level, I was thinking it could be from an
Errol Flynn or Johnny Depp movie, but nothing (nothing from them, and
nothing at all) came up in a we search.

Maybe it's a line from a Schitz & Ditz song.
