The UK's recent "Code of Silence" series was quite good ... but it
again proves that the reviewers / critics simply have no idea what
they're talking about and that the entertainment industry is just lazy.
The Telegraph's reviewer apparently said it was "a quietly
revolutionary crime drama".
The Times' reviewer said it was "a fresh, original drama that has done
the near impossible and given us a cop drama with something new to say".
Obviously neither of them have ever heard of the same-name 2021 movie
"Code of Silence" which was basically the same story ... the only
difference is that the movie was about the arresting the notorious
1960s London crime lords The Kray Twins, while the TV series was about arresting some smalltime criminals planning a jewellery heist.
