    Claudia Cardinale's first day of filming was her nude love scene
    with Henry Fonda. This also marked the first time Fonda had done
    such a scene. His wife insisted on being on-set during the

    I'm not clear on why you find that sad.

    Are you sad that Mrs. Fonda didn't trust her husband more? Or that
    Henry's appreciation of filming that scene was presumably lessened by
    his wife's proximity? ;-)
