President Donald J. Trump said he plans to pardon Todd and Julie Chrisley,
the reality stars behind "Chrisley Knows Best," likely by Wednesday after
they were found guilty of fraud and tax evasion in 2022.

I don't know anything about these Chrisley people beyond that they were
in the news a while back. Sounds like they are pretty dishonest people.
Did Trump say WHY he is pardoning them? What did the Chrisley's do to
get on his Trump's radar? Were they donors to his campaign or something?
Was there some kind of perceived judicial malfeasance?

He wouldn't know judicial malfeasance if it stood in front of him. They
or a relative were big donors.

Yes, to the last one. The judge called them “Trumps of the south” or something to insult them.

They’re white trash, who somehow managed to get a reality show and their infestation spread until they destroyed the USA network the way the filthy Kardashian whores destroyed the E! network

Don't have one but it's what I heard. I think the story is the mom
donated a million dollars which got his daughter face time with Trump.
Trump even called them up to tell them he was going to pardon them on Wednesday.

So simply put Trump allowed them to buy the pardon without actually
saying they were buying the pardon. Otherwise Trump wouldn't have
bothered pardoning the Chrisleys because he doesn't know them.
