This guy is a total tard. Of course, space fairing pressurized doors open inward and not outward. The pressure in the capsule keeps inward opening
doors closed. If something went wrong, the pressure in the capsule could
blow an outward opening door open.

David Thewlis (HARRY POTTER series) plays Sherlock and does a good job,

    Ditto.

I swear some of the online articles say Watson is dead, but he didn’t seem
to be. Mrs. Hudson‘s absence is mystifying. I never pictured Baker Street having a downstairs and multiple servants and a kitchen.

It was interesting seeing her barter for a ship ticket.
I don’t know why she didn’t clobber the mugger a few times while he was stunned and take her money back.
I don’t know why she decided to sleep in the park instead of heading
    straight for Baker Street.
I don’t know why she didn’t accept help from her new friend.
Way too much relied on coincidence.

I also watched the last (?) two episodes of MURDOCH MYSTERIES.

Nothing exceptional happened and it ends on a modest cliffhanger. No
Constable Crabtree or Dr Ogden. Not even super skinny girl from Frankie
Drake who they were obviously setting up as a regular.

    It ends with a whimper.

And, honestly, the soaps weren't really memorable enough to synopsize.
All I remember if Lizzie & co. conspiring to get rid of Amy the Annoying

This is already airing? I have seen *zero* commercials for this. I've
only seen a couple of pictures online that made me vaguely aware it existed.

    I watched:

The Continental: From the World of John Wick (Peacock) This is a new
prequel series that follows a young Winston Scott (Colin Woodell as a
younger version of Ian McShane's character from the movies. The series
is made up of three feature length episodes. I watched the first two
    episodes last night.

"Brothers in Arms" - This first episode is set in the 70s and opens with
a robbery at the Continental Hotel by Frankie Scott. Frankie is
Winston's estranged brother. Frankie goes missing so the people who run
the Hotel (Mel Gibson plays the current person running the hotel) kidnap Winston and bring him to the U.S. to find his brother. I think. Up
until just now as I was writing out the events, I'm not at all sure I
was following what was happening. The series is shot ridiculously dark,
it's hard to see what is happening. The plot was convoluted with way
    too many characters.

"Loyalty to the Master" - Episode 2. - I followed episode 2 even less
than I followed the first episode. It was pretty much just background
noise. But I did notice the character of "Charon" who was placed by
Lance Reddick in the movies plays a larger role. He's working for Mel
Gibson, but befriends Winston. Basically what I could gleam from
episode 2 was Winston is planning on attacking the hotel and trying to
seize control using his own army, which includes the homeless people who
were were introduced in John Wick 2. I haven't noticed a younger version
    of Lawrence Fishburne's character yet.

This was just OK, not great.

But the ending really rubbed me the wrong way - it's like they knew they
needed to get a certain definition, and nothing in the preceding 3 hours justified that at all.

I've been seeing a lot of this on the Twitters with everyone claiming that the fact that the door was accidentally opened from inside, then hastily closed again, proves the whole thing was fake.

I get that someone inside opening the door early nearly ruined the whole choreographed production they were doing for the cameras at the landing site and how stupid that was. But most of the "this proves it was fake" people are claiming that the very fact that the capsule was able to be opened from inside rather than outside is what proves the whole thing is a fake.

    I'm like, huh? What?

Of course *any* space capsule will be designed so the occupants can open it from inside. That's basic safety. The people need to be able to get out in an emergency, or if they land somewhere unexpected where there's no one outside
    to rescue them.

It'd be like a commercial airliner with doors that could only be opened from outside in an emergency. Fat lot of good that would do you if you crash landed in the wilderness somewhere, or in the ocean, and you had to get out before
the plane caught fire or sunk.

I think it was fake, but in the sense that professional wrassling is fake.
This was just a publicity stunt. Those women were glorified passengers, nothing more.

I think they used to only be openable from the outside, using wrenches and screwdrivers, before the Apollo 13 accident and the crew were trapped inside.
