    Isn't this the same guy who ran on a campaign promise to not renew the ShotSpotter contract? (He instead extended it twice for massively more
    money than if the city had simply renewed it.)

    Secret RFP just posted without fanfare, answers due in a few weeks. I
    have no idea what vendors the cith identified or if there's competing technology.
