Caught me by surprise when they killed him off, disappointing.

The spoilers had been out for a while, as we knew the actor was leaving, but it still felt something of a shock. Could still hope that maybe he would survive but leave the police and go and join his mum, but it wasn't to be.

At least the storyline is having some interesting consequences with other characters, waiting to see where those go!

My daughter knew, she had read it somewhere, but I avoid reading anything in advance, prefer to see it as it goes along.

Too many headlines I trip over, but I had avoided any details, and it came sooner than I expected. as faras that family is concerned, we just had another twist with Brody, and Lisa is in trouble while Lou is up to "something" but I won't say more. :-)

How are you and yours doing?  Here, I spend a lot of time avoiding buying anything made or grown in the USA, I can't believe in the 'land of guns' someone
    hasn't bumped him off lol

We are doing ok, the grandchildren are getting taller, overtaking me.:-)

Not so difficult to avoid stuff grown in the US, here, and anyway where I can I like food as local as possible. I can see the bacon growing in the fields around here!

Hush!  There may be a vegetarian around lol

They can enjoy the sight of happy pigs without thinking "Sunday Roast" then. ;-)

Seriously the butcher I go to sells local free range pork and it does taste good!

Give it time, and maybe a few attempts to succeed.

Not trying to be callous, just pragmatic:
    1) the country has more guns than people
    2) between substantial public service layoffs, and the private sector
layoffs to come as the tariffs take their toll, there will be more
than a few people with mental health issues that already own a gun
that will see they have nothing else to lose

I would bet money on it.
