    It all started off by someone asking the question as to What is a woman?
    Matt Walsh else did a documentary on it.

    Then the UK highest court agreed with the common understanding of
    what a woman was, “an adult human biological female”

    Now Winston is proposing that that NZ does the same thing. Make it clear as
    to who a woman is. By doing this we can stop all the debate on what a woman
    is.

    Let us see how this progresses as it does not involve race, but it does
    involve gender.

    The paralells with the Treaty Principles Bill is clear. Pity the Treaty case
    is not so clear, or easy to solve.

    The question really is how did we ever reach the ridiculous situation where someone thinks we need to have a definition set in law.
