    This is an issue which needs attenion, sooner rather than later. It is not going to get better over time.

    Prebble has behaved in a principled way. Pity that the bullies were too strong for him to be able to fight them as a member of the tribunal.

    No just the truth, sovereignty was not ceded, you cannot demonstrate otherwise.
