    I previously described Shane Jones as the “voice of reason” within NZ First.

    I was wrong. After this whole “Mexican standoff” bullshit, it’s clear he can be just as much of a demagogue nutcase as his leader, Winston Peters.

    Actually more so, since it was Peters who had to issue a grudging sort-of- apology-or-maybe-not-quite on his behalf.
