Our former Director-General of Health, who played such a pivotal role
in helping us survive the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, hasn’t been
sitting still. Now he’s involved in a project called “Pause Breathe Smile”, a mindfulness project aimed at improving the mental health and
life skills of young schoolchildren. He freely admits he is still
learning those same techniques himself.
