    So prosecution guildelines are for judges . . .

    Of course the Herald publishes ill-informed drivel (usually behind a
    paywall so that only the ""right"" people see it), but this article
    does not appear to be one of them.

    What? That's what Willie said and it is of course nonsense. It may
    be a surprise to you Rich (as it is with Willie Jackson) that
    Prosecution Guidelines are for Prosecutors, not Judges. Jagose is not
    a Judge.

    Of course the Herald publishes ill-informed drivel (usually behind a
    paywall so that only the ""right"" people see it), but this article
    does not appear to be one of them.

    This was not ill-informed, it is a lie.
