I can understand that the Greens were so reluctant to use a mechanism
for ejecting a rogue MP that a previous generation of Green leaders
objected to so vociferously. However in this case it looks like
Tana's conduct has clearly got her very offside with the party, and as
a list MP her continued presence in Parliament blunted the proportion
of MPs that the Greens should have.
The situation for electorate MPs though is less clear as they have a
direct mandate, regardless of party affiliation, with the electorate.
