• New Application Of mRNA Vaccine Technology

From Lawrence D'Oliveiro@21:1/5 to All on Sat Aug 24 08:39:16 2024
The same mRNA vaccine technology that was such a big success in
fighting COVID-19 has now been adapted to cure lung cancer. The
treatment is still in its early days: this is just a Phase I trial.

There are a number of these sorts of developments - the Malaghan
Institute based in Wellington has been successful in progressing CAR-T
-cell technology which involves developing therapies based on the
    patients cells. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaghan_Institute_of_Medical_Research

Follow the money as the saying goes.

I thought that a vaccine was not a cure but a prevention.

Poe’s Law applies: right-wing ideology is so close to self-parody at

You do seem to be getting more confused recently, Tony - I was of
course responding to your post and referring to yourself. Your post
appeared to be a parody of statements by C Luxon - getting facts and perspective wrong together with a compulsory minor mistake of detail -

What words would *you* use to describe your reaction?
Disinterst in anything you post other than a natural desire to correct >>>>>>your
    delusions.
Well done, Tony, in so few words you have admirably emulated your >>>>>hero!
    Who rattled your cage?
Lawrence is apathetic and like you obsessed with the impossible (left wing >>>>democracy).

Oh dear - there I was complimenting you on a clever parody, and it
turns out you were just being genuinely as stupid as your hero - just >>>yet another unthinking self- deluded supporter of NAct1st - what would >>>the Far Right do without such useful idiots?

So are you pretending to support vaccines today, Tony?
    You poor deluded child.
I always support vaccines and have never argued against them here or anywhere >>else.
I have no heroes, as for useful idiots I am surprised that you think Lawrence >>is one, an idiot yes, useful no - just like you.

You do seem to be getting more confused recently, Tony - I was of
course responding to your post and referring to yourself. Your post
appeared to be a parody of statements by C Luxon - getting facts and >perspective wrong together with a compulsory minor mistake of detail -
but your "Freedumb" beliefs probably hide reality from you anyway . .
    .
You are deluded. You were lying and you were not referring to me. You are living in your tiny sociopathic imaginary world. You don't even know what a parody is.

    Freedumb?

What does that mean? What's it all about?

Can you explain it to me?

Rich is just being his usual childish self.
He can't debate, has no facts to back up his infantile claims so becomes abusive.
