Mayor Moko has indeed identified the problems his council (population
around 70,000) faces. Water Entity 1, covering a population around
1.9 million, had no plans to address those problems.

I look forward to the day when a way forward is found for the Far
North District Council, or the Northland Regional Council on its
behalf, with the Government as part of 'Local Water done Well'. In
the meantime the FNDC will box on as always.
