    THEY ALREADY HAVE COMMUNISM.

    No communism there at all - a lot of people have an effective marginal
    tax rate over 39% - this proposal reduces the top tax rate to 39% for
    everyone, saves a lot of money spent in working out complicated
    entitlements, saves a lot of money with a very complicated tax system,
    and uses that lower cost to reduce poverty - where did you see any
    communism?
